Super Eagles technical adviser Gernot Rohr says his attention is focused on building a formidable team for Nigeria before bothering about salary.
The Super Eagles are currently training in Uyo where they will play an inconsequential 2017 AFCON qualifier against Tanzania on Saturday.
Rohr, who was asked if he was prepared for an unfavourable treatment from the Nigeria Football Federation who are still owing most of its past indigenous coaches, said he has worked under similar condition for eight months in Niger.
“My problem at the moment is not when my salary is coming; my problem is building a national team,” he said.
“We have a contract, and I see everyone who signed the contract as being honest.”
The German added that his focus is to qualify Nigeria for the 2018 World Cup to be hosted by Russia.
