Ten man Enyimba hold MFM FC in Lagos

Ten man Enyimba forced MFM FC to a barren draw on Wednesday in a week 16 of the Nigeria Premier League game played at the Agege stadium in Lagos.

MFM FC kept their home ground unbeaten run this season intact, with Enyimba proving the better side on the night.

Nzube Anaezemba was handed a second yellow card for an infringement, reducing Enyimba to 10 men in the second half.

Enyimba Coach, Paul Aigbogun opted to have his lethal striker, Mfon Udoh start from the bench and only brought him in the second half.

Though Udoh had some fair attempts at goal, he was unable to break the deadlock as both teams shared the spoils for the day.

As a result, MFM FC are on 8th spot on the log with 23 points from 16 games, while Enyimba are 12th with 21 points but from 13 games.

MFM play their next game against Niger Tornadoes on Sunday.
